DCBTCO was registered in November 2020 by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology with registration number of CU 154, and the Brilliant Nyakato Open School (BNOS) was registered by the Institute of Adult Education on May 30, 2020 to offer non-formal secondary education though open and distance learning.
